Direct Debit
Most customers find that the easiest way to pay their rent is by Direct Debit. It is convenient and gives you the peace of mind that your rent will be paid on time.ÌýÌý
How do I set up a Direct Debit?Ìý
You can find a Direct Debit form in the welcome pack you received at the start of your tenancy or in the documents area on our website. You can also call our customer services team on 0800 048 8955, to set up a Direct Debit over the phone.Ìý
How is my Direct Debit calculated?Ìý
The weekly rent charged for your home is multiplied by the number of payable rent weeks in the year. This gives the annual rent payable for the property, which is then divided by your chosen Direct Debit frequency (see table below).ÌýÌý
How often will the Direct Debit be taken from my bank?Ìý
Depending on how you choose to pay your rent, your Direct Debit will be taken on a weekly, 2-weekly, 4-weekly, or monthly basis.Ìý The number of payments made is outlined below:Ìý

Unfortunately, only the payment frequencies highlighted above can be applied to your rent account.Ìý

Automated telephone paymentÌý
You can make a payment by phone 24/7, by calling 0800 048 8955 and choosing the ‘pay your rent’ option. This will direct you to our quick and easy automated payment service. You will just need the long number from your rent swipe card, along with a debit or credit card.Ìý
PayPoint
You can pay your rent by swipe card at any of the 28,000 PayPoint terminals in convenience stores, newsagents, supermarkets, garages and Post Offices.
