Our Burton Square Community Hub has become a 鈥榳arm space鈥� for those in need this winter.听听
It is among a network of community organisations, churches, libraries and businesses who are opening their doors as friendly 鈥榳arm spaces鈥� during the colder months.听
These welcoming sessions provide an opportunity for anyone to enjoy a cuppa and some snacks while socialising with others in a safe and warm environment.听
Geoffrey visits the hub every week for a drink and a natter. 听
He said: 鈥淭he hub is a lifeline; it鈥檚 changed my life. It鈥檚 given me people to talk to, and I鈥檝e made friends here.听
鈥淚 come at least twice a week听and they have my cup of coffee ready for when I arrive!鈥�听
Join us at Burton Square Community Hub every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9.30am and 12.30pm and 1.30pm and 4pm.听
