
The cost of living continues to rise, making it harder to make ends meet for lots of households. This winter, we鈥檙e once again supporting customers with helpful advice on how to save money, stay safe and keep warm through our Keep Well & Warm campaign.
If you鈥檙e struggling financially or concerned about how you鈥檙e going to heat your home, we’re here to help.听
鈥淪ince it was launched in winter 2022, our Keep Well and Warm campaign continues to grow,鈥 said Head of neighbourhoods, Kevin Davies.听
鈥淲e know that many of our customers are struggling due to the rise in living costs. This year we鈥檙e signposting to even more ways to receive free support and advice.听
鈥淧lus, we鈥檙e still offering year-round specialist support provided by our Employment and money advice team (EMA).听听
鈥淚n 2023-24 the dedicated team helped even more customers to achieve money savings totalling over 拢3m.听

We鈥檙e also making our homes warmer, greener and cheaper to run by improving the energy efficiency of our existing housing stock, particularly older homes that were not built to today鈥檚 stringent energy-efficiency standards.
