Jodie has worked hard to encourage a previously quite isolated resident down to activities. Their family commented on how clearly Jodie communicated with the resident and how she gently encouraged her, taking things at the resident’s pace. Jodie, your patience and encouragement has made the world of difference to that resident!听

A customer from Ketley Bank called to thank Neil for his exceptional work and how quick and efficient he was in resolving the issue with some of the electrics. She went on to say that our repairs service is Oscar winning and she is always happy to have us visit as we have the ability to complete repairs quickly and efficiently.听

A customer called to thank Neil and Brett. Her next-door neighbour had fallen in the house, and they helped to get into the property and assisted the gentleman until the ambulance arrived. She said they deserve a medal, they have been absolutely fantastic.听
